Shipping Restrictions by State

     No sales of ANY merchandise to: Chicago, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico.

     All firearms must be shipped to the premise address on the FFL license; requests to ship to a mailing address must be made by calling in.

     No ammunition, third-party fulfilled items (“Drop Ship”), or firearms will be shipped to a Post Office Box.

     Freight forwarding is required for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Knife Ordering Restrictions (Federal compliance)

     Automatic knives are restricted by federal law.

     Definitions and exceptions are provided—including availability only to government procurement or bona fide dealers under specified conditions.

State-by-State Restrictions

Alabama

  1. Knives are restricted to a 3-inch blade limit in Montgomery
  2. Airguns must have an orange tip

Alaska

  1. Freight forwarding is required
  2. No sales of Tannerite
  3. No sales of flamethrowers
  4. No sales of pepper sprays or gels
  5. No CO₂ airguns

Arizona

  1. Airguns must have an orange tip
  2. No sales of stun guns

Arkansas

  1. Pepper sprays or gels cannot exceed 5.9 oz (170 ml/cc)
  2. Airguns must have an orange tip

California

These restrictions apply statewide:

  1. No sales of suppressors/silencers
  2. Certain third-party fulfilled ammo
  3. No off-roster handguns
  4. Ammo shipments must be sent to an FFL until further notice
  5. No complete AR or AK receivers
  6. Non-compliant AR and AK pistols will not be shipped
  7. Non-compliant AR and AK rifles will not be shipped
  8. No magazines with capacity of 10+
  9. No sales of Tannerite
  10. No sales of flamethrowers
  11. No sales of Franklin Armory binary triggers
  12. No sales of automatic knives
  13. No .50 BMG ammo
  14. No binary triggers
  15. Customers must consult local knife laws
  16. No sales of pepper sprays or gels
  17. Airguns must have an orange tip

Connecticut

  1. No stripped or complete receivers
  2. No AR/AK complete receivers
  3. No non-compliant AR/AK pistols or rifles
  4. No AR/AK parts
  5. CTP required for ammo purchases
  6. No third-party fulfilled ammo
  7. No magazines with 10+ capacity
  8. CTP required for magazine purchases
  9. No binary triggers
  10. No threaded barrels
  11. No smoothbore barrel firearms with pistol grip
  12. No stabilizing braces or blades
  13. No vertical grips
  14. No body armor
  15. No shrouds (completely or partially encircle barrel except slide or handguard)
  16. No semi-auto rifles over 5-round capacity for residents under 21
  17. No ammo/mag sales to residents under 18
  18. No shotgun magazines over 5 rounds
  19. No automatic knives

Georgia

New Mexico

  1. No automatic knives

  2. Ammo must ship to FFL
  3. No serialized receivers, non-compliant AR/AK firearms, handguns, shotguns
  4. No smoothbore firearms with pistol grips, no high-capacity mags, no binary triggers, pepper sprays/gels
  5. No replica airguns
     NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island): No ammo or airguns
     Buffalo: No mags over 5 rounds for semi-auto centerfire rifles/shotguns

North Carolina

  1. No ballistic knives
  2. Pepper sprays/gels cannot exceed 5.29 oz (150 ml/cc)

North Dakota

  1. No switchblade or gravity knives

Ohio

  1. No ballistic knives

Oklahoma

No restrictions

Oregon

  1. Until further notice, PSA prioritizes high-capacity magazine and firearm orders
  2. No third-party fulfilled high-capacity magazines shipped
  3. Customer responsible for ensuring FFL transfer readiness
  4. Orders and refunds handled at PSA discretion

Pennsylvania

Philadelphia: No sales of airguns

Rhode Island

  1. No suppressors/silencers, binary triggers, stun guns
  2. No mags over 10 rounds
  3. License and 21+ required for ammo purchases

South Carolina

  1. Pepper sprays/gels cannot exceed 1.69 oz (50 ml/cc)

South Dakota

  1. Airguns must have orange tip

Utah

  1. Airguns must have orange tip

Vermont

Virginia

Washington State

  1. No parts/build kits, rifle/pistol kits, stripped or complete lowers, binary triggers, auto knives, third-party ammo

  2. Airguns must have orange tip
     Magazine limits: Rifles / handguns 10+, shotguns 7+
     Rifle specifics: No thumbhole/telescoping stocks, barrel shrouds, flash suppressors, forward or vertical grips, under 30 inches length, no AR/AK rifles
     Shotgun specifics: No folding/telescoping stocks, detached grips, pistol grip, thumbhole stock, mags over 7 rounds, no revolving cylinder
     Pistol specifics: No threaded barrels, barrel shrouds, AR/AK pistols, telescoping stocks, second grip
